創新簡化 Invent and Simplify.
領導者期望並要求自己的團隊進行創新和發明,並始終尋求使工作簡化的方法。他們瞭解外界動態,四處尋找新的創意,並且不局限於“非我發明”的觀念。當我們開展新事物時,我們要接受被長期誤解的可能。

Leaders expect and require innovation and invention from their teams and always find ways to simplify.

They are externally aware, look for new ideas from everywhere, and are not limited by "not invented here." As we do new things, we accept that we may be misunderstood for long periods of time.

 

  • 在以NAS為主體的平台上，嘗試做 IoT 應用，一般說來會先想到樹梅派或是MTK LinkIT　系列，但因應IoT 市場潮流，而嘗試了LoRawan  及 Sigfox 等新協定，並進一步與中華電信物聯網平台合作，嘗試各種新的可能。
  • 在Intel 建立 x86 android平台的同時，主要針對遊戲廠商來做推廣，但先看到了關於VR的應用，而進一步與HTC討論合作的可能。
