Y' is the luma component
Y'跟原本的G值有關，主要影響亮度。
Cb and Cr are the blue-difference and red-difference chroma components.
這兩個就跟B以及R有關，主要影響彩度。
The prime (') on the Y is to distinguish the luma from luminance, meaning that light intensity is non-linearly encoded using gamma.
