和解透露Google控制Android的方法

雖然看不到Nokia與宏達電的談判結果，最近倒是流出了一份Google跟宏達電簽的合約*[更新]。這份合約叫「行動App配送合約」（Mobile Application Distribution Agreement[Android]）。以下簡稱MADA。這份由哈佛商學院教授Benjamin Edelman上傳的版本，是由「Android 之父」Andy Rubein與宏達電的工程及運營總裁劉慶東（Fred Liu）簽署。於2013年1月11日完成簽署。
