全世界最大的餐旅業應用服務展會HITEC  改為10/27-29 線上舉行 "CYBER HITEC"  



The Hospitality Industry Technology Exposition and Conference (HITEC®) is the world's largest and oldest hospitality technology exposition and conference brand.

去年注意到HITEC這個北美的展會，主要針對飯店業相關的應用做展示，包含接待機器人，大型搬運機器人等，也有針對智慧家庭的應用，以及數位看板。

目前看來還是會如期舉辦，暫時沒有因為新冠肺炎的影響而延後或取消。

個人是蠻推薦的，可以認識許多SI，去年參展名單中可以發現Amazon Alexa 也開始進入企業應用的語音辨識場域，當然基本上智慧家庭跟你在旅館房間的情境類似，所以算是容易結合的。因此以台灣廠商而言，如果有產品結合大廠的語音辨識，也可以來這邊一起宣傳。

另外一個注目的其實是自助checking 這其實是一個有很大發展空見的題材，例如需要接待機器人，金流服務，智慧門鎖，甚至是Mobile Key這樣的應用。算是很新的題材，但台灣的電子業軟體業比較少接觸？

監控廠商也可以嘗試來這個展會，主要是因為所謂的去中國化的政策下，原有的大華海康等監控應用，可能會有換機潮，這也是一個大工程，但也需要看實際上有沒有這種剛需。畢竟以飯店業而言不像政府機構，採購會有審查，私人企業應該還是自己採買為主，所以可能也是蠻硬的，不容易因為新聞/政策 就驅動買家換方案。

去年參加的時候主要是跟數位看板夥伴CAYIN 一同展示，還包含展示了QNAP的接待機器人以及監控應用。整體而言算是一個B2B的展會，有許多直接的客戶 如SI參加，當然也有很多方案商，可以討論橫向的整合合作。
